Firing reveals a color that’s a lighter version of Sunset Coral (001305). Paler
in the 2 mm thin sheet than in 3mm. Offered as fusible only.
These styles are available in: 3 mm (-0030), fusible grade; 2 mm thin (-0050),
fusible grade; 3 mm with irid coating (-0031), fusible grade; and 2 mm thin
with irid coating (-0051), fusible grade.

Studio Pro Kiln: A great new kiln from Evenheat! Hinged design allows the
lid and firing collars to be raised out of the way for easy access to firing chamber,
without the hassle of separate parts. A window in the lid allows for monitoring
during firing. A tab on the front can be adjusted to prop the kiln lid open for
easy venting. It runs on regular wall current, with a grounded plug. They’ve
been a very hot seller since we got them in, so get yours today!
“Just Plain Beads”: A treasure-trove of techniques, tactics, and tips.
This easy-to-follow book features instructions and guidance for a variety of
shapes and typical problems beaders can run into. Simple instructions and

Fusing Decal Paper: Transferring images to fused glass has never been easier! This paper simply runs through your monochrome laser printer or copier. Decals can be placed between layers of glass, on top of the glass. The black-and-white printed decal turns an attractive sepia tone once fired. If you do not have the right kind of printer, you can bring your originals to Weisser Glass and we can make copies for a small fee.
New Dichroic! Now available, Aqua dichro on both clear and black, 90 COE. A lovely, deep teal color; great alone or layered. Also other 90’s now in stock the new corkscrew pattern and ¾ stripe in G/M. Also by request we are carrying more 96 COE dichro! The 96 smooth dichro has a beautiful, velvety finish uncovered, and comes in many of the same coating colors as the 90 COE. Dichroic frit in both 90 and 96 now available.
Best Mold Mix: A new casting compound for making slumping and casting molds. Includes directions to mix either by weight or volume, and hardens to a concrete-like consistency, which makes it easy to pack by hand around positives for a thinner mold (no pouring into a container). Despite its granular texture, it picks up minute details and smooth surfaces like a charm! Sets up totally in about 24 hours.
Black Back Copper Foil Sheet: Once sold only as copper backed, the dark backing on the sheeting will not be as obvious through the back of your piece. Matches well with dark and black patinas, and makes details cut out of the sheeting blend better with the artwork. Great for applying lettering, numbers, or detailing impossible to cut from glass, it’s available in a 12” x 12” piece.

Ceramic Tube Molds A very easy way to make a nice round pattern bar. Available in 4” and 10” lengths; simply line the tube with thin-fire paper, fill with glass, and fire! Because they stand upright during firing, even most small kilns can accommodate more than one mold at a time, maximizing your firing efficiency. Glassline Paper: Made to be fused between layers of glass, this product adds a multitude of design possibilities! In fifteen colors, with three textures per color, it cuts and manipulates like regular paper. It can be layered within a piece for different color and textural effects. Triolyse Adhesive- A powerful multi-purpose adhesive. It applies as thin as water, and is curable either with the included activator, or in UV light. When dry, the glue is virtually invisible, and does not yellow. It bonds glass, metal, and many other materials, and does not require any applicators or additional accessories.

Morton Circle and Border System: Morton has introduced its latest addition to the Portable Glass Shop! This new accessory kit makes it easy to cut large circles accurately and to cut circular border pieces with a minimum of fuss. It comes with CD-ROM instructions.
Aanraku Wine Bottle Stoppers and Cabinet Pulls: Wine stoppers make great findings for gluing on cabs or adding handmade beads! They are available in four styles; two pallet-style for gluing and two different mandrel length styles. Also available, wooden display bases for a beautiful presentation. Cabinet pulls add a nice touch to any décor, and glass is easily glued into place for a simple and elegant piece.

Gemini Titan Wet Table Saw: The newest saw from Gemini! This is a smaller studio version of their Revolution XT saw. This saw is designed to cut thicker slab glass and it’s great for cutting fused pieces including pattern bars. Also comes with guides for angles and straight edges. It’s very easy to set up and use!
Decal Magic Gold Accents: These new decals have unique and intricate patterns that can be easily applied to any fused glass project. Available in nine styles, as well as two sampler packs, they are made with 22K gold and cure at 1000 – 1140˚ F. Adds a nice detail to any piece!
Gryphon Table Top Wet Belt: This new Gryphon product presents an entirely new category of tool for the glass artist. With the large grinding belt, you can now accurately grind straight lines or large curved surfaces. A variety of belts will be available, from coarse for fast grinding to ultra smooth for polishing. Toyo TAP Wheel SuperCutter: Specially designed for cutting thicker glass like plate or fused glass! Special micro cams “tap” glass as you score, leaving a cleaner edge, with less crazing and flares. Makes cutting billet and other thicker glass easier and more accurate. We’ve tried it, with great results!
Toyo Power Breaker Set: This great set includes Toyo’s TAP Wheel SuperCutter and their innovative Power Breaker. The breaker works basically like any running plier, but requires little hand pressure to break cleanly on most types of glass. It is designed to be used in conjunction with their TAP wheel cutter, and when used together they produce excellent results on all kinds of thicker glass including already fused glass. We were able to cut ¾” thick billet into clean 1” square pieces- impossible to do by hand before we had this tool! Retails for $189.95; come in for details and a demonstration!
Spectrum 96: We are now carrying Spectrum’s System 96! We have had many requests in the past, but felt that it was too difficult to keep our different COE glasses properly separated in our old, smaller location. Now that we have 4000 square feet, we have room for everything to have a home of its own! We are building our stock of 96 COE, so if you have wanted to experiment with this line, come in and check it out! If you have any requests, be sure to let us know!
